He poured his heart and soul into renovating the Blue House, an old gem nestled in Reykjavik, and after three years of dedication, he proudly opened its doors to welcome travelers from near and far.
Driven by his vision, Zeno’s passion only grew stronger, leading him to acquire two more exquisite properties: the Green House and the Grótta Northern Lights Apartment, both located on the same delightful street. These additional gems offered even more opportunities for visitors to experience the magic of Iceland in unique and captivating ways.
