Here at the Blue House B&B, it’s our pleasure is to serve you. If you want to see the Northern Lights in a fun and comfortable place, this is the perfect spot for you. With us, you’ll only have to worry about having a good time. Our self-check-in is one of the many services you can take advantage of while seeing the Aurora Borealis.
In addition, you can also find:
1- Plenty of Free Parking: always try to give the best experience to our clients, our houses are located near free parking for you to come and go whenever you need. Oh, but if you don’t have a car, we are just a 20-minute walk to the Downtown area with a variety of museums, restaurants, and bars.
2- Breakfast: at the Blue House B&B you’ll have delicious home-cooked bread, eggs, juices, and coffee, to enjoy your day as much as you can! Although only bookings made directly through our website include free breakfast.
3- Day Tours: in Reykjavik you’ll be delighted with all the beautiful landscapes. That said, one of the best ways to appreciate it is to go on tours available to everyone. You’ll find one of the most diverse excursions in order to please everyone, you can choose between hiking, whale watching, or even going inside the Þríhnúkagígur volcano. All of these can be booked from our website!
4- Rent a Car and Airport Shuttle: We are 45 min drive from the airport. So, if you prefer to rent a car or come by shuttle, we can help you with that. Just click here and check our options.
5- Rooms: You can choose the room that suits the most your needs. We try to please everyone, but we always guarantee the best price, so please, take a look at our rooms and check that out!
6- Self-check-in: If your plane flight was delayed, or you even ended up losing your connection, no need to worry about our self-check-in police policy. allows you to arrive as late as you need.
